Qualification & requirement:

• Preferably Graduate with MBA in Agri business & rural management with 2-5 years of sales & marketing experience in Agri inputs and rural marketing.
• Should have expertise as well as interest on agriculture, digital and rural Marketing.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Knowledge of local language Chhattisgarhi will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to lead team. Good presentation skill.
• Position is based at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Willing to join in short notice.
  

Key Roles and responsibilities:

• Develop sales & marketing strategy for the organization in line with the organization objectives
• Responsible for brand management and overall organization identity.
• Create, edit and distribute all marketing materials in line with specific marketing plans
• Update social media and website contents.
• Build partnerships with Farmers and Farmer Associations to expand business initiatives
• Help identify funding and support in the preparation of proposals, grants and business plans
• Prepare monthly reports on sales activities, marketing initiatives and overall business performance
• Promote Agricultural inputs among farmers i.e., Nutrient mixes
• Develop market linkages for the agricultural produces.
